How is pricing structured?

Retreat catering is priced per person, per day, and includes food, preparation and full service throughout the retreat. Pricing starts from £55 per person, with the final figure depending on guest numbers, menu requirements and location.

Do you offer self-serve or buffet-style meals?

Yes — many lunches are served as relaxed, help-yourself options such as nourish bowls, soups or wrap stations. This creates a flexible, informal atmosphere for guests while still offering beautifully prepared food.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Lichfield and travel to venues across the UK for retreats and events. Travel costs may be added depending on location.

Do you require a kitchen on-site?

Access to a kitchen is preferred, but I can work flexibly depending on the space available. This can be discussed during the enquiry stage.

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for retreats, as availability can be limited during busy periods.

Can you help with menu planning?

Absolutely. All menus are created in collaboration with you, taking into account your retreat theme, dietary needs and the overall experience you want to offer your guests.
